Our auditors compare the completed CQI-9 assessment with the condition of the process on site. A compliant assessment form is not enough if the furnace controls, records or production practices do not support it.

CQI-9 Audits Across Automotive Heat Treatment Processes
VyVy supports assessments across processes such as carburizing, carbonitriding, hardening, tempering, annealing, nitriding, ferritic nitrocarburizing and induction hardening.
Auditor profiles are selected according to the thermal process involved. This matters. An induction hardening line does not require the same technical understanding as a carburizing furnace or a continuous heat-treatment line.
