The current CQI-15 structure includes dedicated Job Audit Process Tables covering the applicable welding technologies. Our auditors verify the assessment against actual production evidence. A completed CQI-15 file is not enough if welding parameters, inspection results or shopfloor controls do not support it.

CQI-15 Welding System Assessments Across Multiple Technologies
VyVy can support CQI-15 audits covering processes such as gas metal arc welding, laser welding, drawn arc welding, resistance welding, friction welding, induction or high-frequency tube welding, fastener projection welding and MIAB welding. AIAG's current CQI-15 edition contains eight corresponding Job Audit Process Tables.
Auditor selection is based on the welding process involved. A resistance spot-welding line does not require the same technical background as laser welding or friction welding. We therefore match the auditor profile to the actual process before confirming the assignment.
